DataXsys treats client information as confidential business data. We do not intentionally expose sensitive client data to the public, and we do not sell or provide client data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Client data entrusted to DataXsys is maintained within secured systems and is accessed only as needed to provide, support, maintain, or improve the services the client has requested.

Information we may handle

Depending on the services a client requests, DataXsys may work with business contact information, website and campaign analytics, advertising performance, social media metrics, reporting data, operational data, technical configuration information, and other information a client chooses to provide.

We ask clients to avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive personal information. DataXsys only needs information that is relevant to the agreed business service or project.

How we use client data

Client data is used for the work the client has authorized—for example, analytics and reporting, dashboards, data engineering, software or website development, campaign measurement, SEO, automation, troubleshooting, and related business services.

Storage and security

Where a project requires an authorized hosting, cloud, analytics, advertising, or software platform, information may also be processed within that platform as necessary to deliver the service and remains subject to the applicable platform's security and privacy terms.

Third-party services

Some DataXsys projects connect with services selected or authorized by the client, such as advertising platforms, analytics tools, social networks, hosting providers, commerce platforms, or cloud services. We use these connections only as needed for the client's project. DataXsys does not sell client information to these providers for marketing.

Website information

Like most business websites, DataXsys may receive ordinary technical information when someone visits our website, such as browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral information, and general traffic measurements. This information may be used to understand website performance, security, and user experience.

Data retention

We retain client information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain required business records, support the client relationship, or meet applicable legal and security obligations.
