How to request deletion
To request deletion, email info@dataxsys.com from the email address associated with your DataXsys account, business relationship, or connected service. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the data you want removed, such as your name, business name, email address, and the DataXsys service or integration involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Meta, Facebook, and Instagram data
If you used a DataXsys application or service that connects to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, you may request deletion of data received through that connection. In your email, mention the name of the DataXsys application or service and the Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or business account involved.
Where technically available, you may also remove the DataXsys application's access from your Meta account settings. Removing access stops future access but may not by itself delete information already stored by DataXsys, so send a deletion request if you also want stored information removed.
What happens after your request
- We review the request and may ask for reasonable verification to protect against unauthorized deletion.
- We identify information associated with the verified account, client relationship, or connected integration.
- We delete or anonymize information that is no longer required for the service.
- We provide confirmation when the request has been completed or explain if limited information must be retained.
Information we may need to retain
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or backup-integrity purposes. Any retained information remains subject to DataXsys privacy and security practices and is not used for unrelated marketing.
Client business data
DataXsys does not sell client data to third parties for marketing and does not intentionally expose sensitive client data publicly. A client may request deletion of project data, reports, analytics extracts, uploaded files, or other information maintained by DataXsys, subject to legitimate retention requirements.

You can copy the following information into your email:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Name: Your name
- Business or organization: If applicable
- Email: Email associated with the service
- Service or integration: For example, DataXsys Social Analyzer, Facebook Page, or Instagram professional account
- Request: Brief description of the data you want deleted
